At ARCHÉ ESSENTIALS, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags still attached
In original packaging (if applicable)

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return shipping is 100% free.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Final sale items (currently, we do not offer final sale products)
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odors
Items without original tags

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges on all eligible items.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours:
