At ARCHÉ ESSENTIALS, we are committed to delivering your premium apparel safely and reliably. Each piece is made-to-order with careful craftsmanship, and our shipping process reflects our dedication to quality.
1. Processing & Handling Time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and handling before shipment.
This time includes:
Order verification
Production / customization
Quality inspection
Packaging and handoff to the carrier
During high-volume periods (new drops, promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times (Special Line Shipping)
We ship using Special Line Shipping, which offers a reliable balance of cost and speed for international and domestic orders.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 7–12 business days
USA: 7–12 business days
International: 9–15 business days
Shipping times do not include processing/handling time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
Destination
Package weight
Courier pricing

4. Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ARCHÉ ESSENTIALS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address due to a customer error, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or lost:
